The Food Literacy Project is has announced it’s 2012 Family Program Dates. At Family Farm Day, visitors can enjoy the farm experience and educational activities together as a family. Pre-registration is required.

Dates: June 16th and September 22nd

Each of the family programs will be a bit different, but will include a sampling of these activities:

• Baking Homemade Bread with Butter
• Field-to-Folk Cooking Activities
• Tasting Tour of the Farm
• Service Learning
• Veggie Based Arts and Crafts
• Face Painting
• Farm Scavenger Hunt
• Planting Seeds
• Cooking Demonstration
