Learn how to cook with grass fed beef on a budget or when you are short on time, as well as simple recipes that will impress your family and friends. New recipes and cuts of beef will be featured each class. The class is offered on the second Wednesday of each month from May to November from 6:00pm – 8:30pm at the Foxhollow Farm Kitchen.
