What: You will understand the key decisions of a new beekeeper and how to get started in beekeeping including: Hive choices (top bar hives, Langstroth, and Warre — pros and cons of each); How to find bees to start your hive(s); What to plan for as an urban/suburban beekeeper; recommended resources — local, state, national, online, etc.; locations for your hives; plus plenty of time for Q&A.
