The Fried Chicken Throwdown is a culinary competition benefiting the Slow Food Bluegrass School Garden Grant Program. Local professional chefs compete to winner the vote of the people in up to three categories: "Best Fried Chicken", "Best Vegetarian Side", and "Best Dessert". Cash prize will be available to the winner in each of three categories.
