Kentucky Sustainable Seafood Dinner

Chef Jeremy Ashby of Azur in Lexington and Chef John Varanese of Varanese in Louisville will prepare the sustainable seafood dish that won the Great KY Seafood Cook-off prior to preparing it at the Great American Seafood Cook-off, representing Kentucky sustainable seafood, in New Orleans last month.

In two separate dinners, with each chef guest cheffing at the other’s restaurant, on Tuesday, September 27 at Azur AND Thursday, September 29 at Varanese, the attached menu will be served for $45 per person plus tax and gratuity.
