The Hog and The Barrel Dinner – Dec. 8th


Proof on Main’s 3rd Annual The Hog & The Barrel Dinner will be held on Thursday, December 8 at 6:30 pm. Join chef Michael Paley and guest chefs Steven Satterfield of Miller Union in Atlanta and Tyler Brown of The Capitol Grille in Nashville for a six course feast that celebrates the whole hog and fine Bourbons from Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery. The chefs will collaborate on a menu that is designed to use the whole hog from nose to tail, combining cuts from different parts of the hog in each savory course. $125/person, call 502.217. 6360 for reservations.
